How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged at £2.99 for any order with a total value below £25. Once your order reaches £25 or more, shipping is completely free, with no additional fees applied at checkout.
How will my products be delivered?
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48. You can follow your order’s progress through Royal Mail’s tracking service.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship UK-wide. Unfortunately, at this time, we don't ship to Northern Ireland.
Shipping schedule
Orders will be delivered with Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 2-3 business days. We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day after your order.
For example:
- If you order on Monday, your order will dispatch on Tuesday and be delivered on Friday.
- If you order Thursday—Sunday, your order will dispatch on Monday and be delivered Thursday.
Please note that during busy periods and over bank holidays, dispatch will be within 2 days.

What is the shelf life of my product?
The best-before date is always shown on the back of our packaging. Because we use only dry ingredients, the typical shelf life ranges from 3 to 6 months, depending on the product. Please note that we use best-before dates rather than use-by dates, as our products may still be safe to enjoy after this period, although their quality may begin to decline.

All allergen information is clearly listed on the back of our packaging and is also available on each product’s information page before you make a purchase. We strongly recommend checking this information before buying and consuming any of our products.
