Healthy Sweet Chilli Turkey Burger Recipe

This healthy turkey burger serves two and comes together in under 20 minutes. For a satisfying meal, pair it with a handful of sweet potato fries and some extra sweet chilli dip.
Using turkey burgers and our Yo Dips! Sweet Chilli Yoghurt Seasoning mixed with Greek yoghurt is a delicious, low-calorie alternative to mayonnaise or sour cream.

Method
Step 1: Toast the buns
Butter the brioche buns, then toast them in a pan over medium heat until golden and lightly crisp.
Step 2: Cook the turkey burgers
Season the turkey burger with salt and pepper to taste, then cook it in a pan over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
Step 3: Make Yo Dips! Sweet Chilli dip
Make the Yo Dips! Sweet Chilli dip by mixing one sachet of seasoning into 200g of yoghurt until smooth and well combined.
Step 4: Add the cheese
Place the sliced cheese on the turkey burger, add a splash of water to the pan, then cover with a lid to steam and melt the cheese perfectly.
Step 5: Assemble the burger
Assemble the burger by spreading Yo Dips! Sweet Chilli Dip on both the top and bottom buns. Add shredded lettuce, the turkey burger, carrot ribbons, sliced spring onions, a tablespoon of pickled red onion, a second layer of shredded lettuce, and then place the top bun to finish.
Step 6: Serve & enjoy!
